Aloha and Congratulations for joining one of Hawaii’s finest sailing companies. The trainee course is meant to give you the basic understandings of how our company operates. The key here is not to try and become a master sailor overnight, we will definitely get to that. We would like you to learn the essentials of being a crew member onboard a Trilogy vessel. Take the time to learn about our procedures for general operations including check-in, food & beverage offerings, snorkel equipment, and safety.
