This course begins to teach crew members how to start a path toward vessel leadership. You’ll be given information on skills ranging from customer service to mariner skills to safety and much more. This is probably the most important level out of any to develop a crew member into a full fledged serving sailor. Please pay close attention to all lessons because some of the things you learn right now is most important to running a safe trip especially in rough weather or unpredictable circumstances.
